International Research Trainee Experience (IRTE) – UTEC, Peru

This program provides international students with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and deepen their knowledge in their field of study by participating in ongoing research activities at UTEC in Lima, Peru. It is important to note that no financial compensation or employment relationship is established between the student and UTEC during the duration of this experience.

Program Conditions:

  • - The duration of this experience is limited to a maximum of 3 months
  • - Participation is subject to the availability of ongoing research projects at UTEC
  • - No financial compensation or employment relationship is established between the student and UTEC
  • - Approval from the principal investigator at UTEC is mandatory
  • - Enrollment in courses that grant academic credits at UTEC for the issuance of the Transcript of Records is not permitted
  • - Required protective gear and additional equipment that may be required are not provided
